Lease Terms

Palermo offers 3 classes of accommodation: Luxury 2 suite, 2 suite and 1 suite villas. Each villa has full kitchen, suite includes one bedroom with private bathroom. Additional charges apply for roll-away beds ($15) or cribs ($20). Bedrooms with twin beds are usually available, upon request. There are no reductions in price for children.
50% non-refundable deposit required to confirm your reservation. 100% prepayment and 30-day minimum required for all corporate rates. Breakfast is available with any reservation for $5 per person and includes full hot breakfast with beverage.
Cancellations made after confirmation will result in a 10% administrative fee charged on the TOTAL VALUE of the reservation. Cancellations made within 21 days of projected arrival will result in a 25% penalty on the TOTAL VALUE of the reservation. Those made within 7 days of projected arrival will result in a 50% penalty of the TOTAL VALUE of the reservation. No shows will be charged 100% of costs. Some Special Rate reservations are charged immediately and are non-changeable and non-refundable. No-shows and early departures are considered cancellation. |
